The House
We keep a small, deliberate catalogue. One that favours light, elevation and skyline over floor plans and square footage.
Every penthouse is introduced by a person, in person, at its finest hour. We do not present what we have not experienced at dawn, at dusk, and at altitude before the third conversation.
The house was founded in 2011 by Alma Vermeer-Torsten, an architect whose earliest commissions were all above the twelfth floor. Offices in Geneva, Lisbon and New York; viewings everywhere. A correspondence begins with a letter, not a search bar.
